Lorinc Meszaros acquiring agribusiness Mezort
The investor Lorinc Meszaros is buying agribusiness Mezort Altalanos Befektetesi, a PR agency commissioned by Mr Meszaros told.Mr Meszaros is buying the Mezort group as a private individual, pending regulatory approval. The purchase price was not disclosed. Mezort raises crops, dairy and beef cattle, and hogs. It also produces feed and planting seeds. The group has annual revenue of more than HUF 10bn. The company employs 600 permanently and about the same number of seasonal workers around its base in Sarvar (W Hungary).
