Government commissioner Csaba Szabo said 102 of the 298 owners of farm land affected by the sludge made declarations by the deadline to offer their land to the state. The offers are for about 200 hectares of land. The flood took place on October 4, 2010, after a reservoir at an alumina plant burst.
