MGSZH confirmed that they are examining the complaint, but declined to elaborate citing the ongoing investigation. The three chains denied, however, to the daily that they received any complaints from suppliers. Retail chains abusing their market power could face fines up to HUF 500m (EUR 1.78m) under the legislation in effect since last autumn.
