Stock of loans grew 7pc to HUF 656.9bn and stock of deposits climbed 3pc to HUF 1,153.8bn. Combined pre-tax profit of OTSZ members fell slightly to HUF 11.2bn in 2009 from HUF 11.5bn in 2008. Total assets reached HUF 1,612.2bn on March 31, 2010, Mr Varga said. Stock of loans reached HUF 714.5bn and stock of deposits was HUF 1,335.7bn.
