Hungary becomes the 15th country supplying Chinese pork market
With a modest shipment of 26.68 tons of frozen pork knuckle to China’s Tianjin port, Hungary became the the world’s 22nd country with access to China’s meat market, and the 15th to access its pork market, specialised portal GlobalMeatNews reported.
Hungary farm gate prices fall 6.1pc in 2015
Farm gate prices in Hungary fell 6.1 in 2014 after a 7.8pc drop in 2013, the Central Statistics Office (KSH) said. Prices of crops fell 9.2pc as the price drop slowed from 13.7pc in 2013.
