Phylaxia 1912 Holding to conduct HUF 350m capital raise through share issue

The company said that shareholders as of July 26 would be given priority to purchase the newly issued shares by August 11. The issue is underwritten by Kalman Bojthe, a Hungarian private individual domiciled in Germany. Phylaxia 1912 Holding is a B-category issuer at the Budapest Stock Exchange.
