The company and its assets were offered for about HUF 1bn, Mr Szucs said. A new tender will be called soon with the aim of selling the company before the start of the grape-buying season, he said. Integralt Borgazdasag has been under liquidation since April 2009. The company has about HUF 2.2bn in liabilities, including bank loans, back taxes and unpaid invoices.
