OTP Bank services accessible after disruption
OTP Bank, Hungary’s biggest commercial lender, said Tuesday afternoon that all of its services are accessible although temporary slowdown may occure. The bank announced a disruption in services because of a „temporary error of a support programme” in the morning. The problem affected some services in branches which were unavailable or available only to a limited extent, and OTP’s internet banking interface, OTPdirekt, was in „weekend operating mode”. ATM services and bank card transactions were not affected.
