Hungary home sales up 15pc yr/yr in November
There were 7,003 homes sold in Hungary in November, up 15pc from the same month a year earlier, real estate broker Duna House said. The number of homes sold in January-November fell about 12pc to 77,832 from the same period a year earlier. However, home sales in the first months of 2012 were much higher than usual because of a government scheme that allowed early repayment of foreign-currency-denominated mortgages at discounted exchange rates.
