Members approve BOCM Pauls takeover by ForFarmers
The approval means that, after approval by the relevant competition authorities and completion of the workers council participation processes, the acquisition can be ratified. This creates the largest compound feed company in Europe. This step fits into ForFarmers policy of improvement by growth. The feed maker thereby uses the motto „What is good today should be better tomorrow.” This is based on its ambition to contribute to an optimal return on farms.
